The service was wonderful, I have no complaints. The issue I had was with the loaner car, it was dirty - as in food on the seats, the smell inside was of stale/old fast food. It was disgusting. My expectation is that the loaner car is spotless, I owned a BMW and their loaner cars were in beautiful shape, so much so, I was inclined to upgrade my vehicle after driving the loaner car. It is an opportunity to upsell your vehicles. Do better.

Ali was very attentive to my request and answered my questions. However, one of the issues was not corrected. A chime similar to the “seat belt unbuckled” intermittently goes off. My guess is the sensor, if there is one, in rear middle seat is malfunctioning. As mentioned the chime goes of intermittently and it didn’t chime until I was a couple miles from the dealership. I will be returning to the dealership as soon as possible.
