I had asked for an update on my navigation system. I was told it would be passed onto a tech working on the car. I never heard whether it was or was not performed. Our Volvo showed that updates were needed.

Ali was very helpful. Ali took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle in detail and provided a clear, transparent estimate before beginning the work.. Although the repair was taking a while, Ali provided me with a loaner similar to my car so I would feel comfortable while my car was being repaired. My car runs as good as new, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Ali was, knowledgeable, and made sure I was updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Ali also took the time to work it out with the claims department in order to cover that outstanding expense.. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received and will definitely be returning for any future repairs. Highly recommend!

So I left my car to the service for rim crack. But I was told that my extended warranty is not covering the problem. And also I was told that my car will be delivered with car is washed. However car was not washed. I’m just thinking that there’s a problem with communication. And this is something that I didn’t even ask but still if I was told, I should get that service
