As always Antonio, provides excellent customer support. My only negative feedback is with the 'back office', regarding billing. Was not aware that there is a surcharge for the use of credit card. If I had known about the surcharge, I would have then my business elsewhere to get my tire replaced. Will take this into consideration next time I need to have any service that requires a payment..

Although Ali was great to deal with and the valet service was outstanding, the defective part that was replaced is not the same colour as the old one. After consulting with Ali, we agreed to wait a few weeks to see if the colour will fade or match and to keep her up to date on this issue. May pictures were sent to identify the discrepancy. Hope we can get this resolve in a timely fashion.
