After 2 hours was offered free car wash if I could wait anther 30 minutes.

I was brought in for a service not required (again) as my car is below 5k miles. I was unable to make a service appointment via the app as no appointment availability was showing for the entire month of January for (I showed this to your manger). I decided to come in and check availability in person and was not received warmly. I was told I could not work the app (I work in tech, this is incorrect). This was not worth my time and put a bad taste in my mouth for Arrowhead Volvo and Volvo as a whole. Oh, and your teams have still failed to detail the car since purchase (though promised to complete this task three times). When I picked up my car, the screen was not working and had not been bothered to be checked by anyone. Poor show, once again.

Always have great service at Arrowhead. Valet and service guys were great. Just wish I could have bought my XC90 from you - was a lot tougher to negotiate with the sales mgr (not sure if she’s still there) so I got my first one in Tucson and most recent one at Courtesy.
