I took the car for the mvp emissions testing.
I was told as well as in writing that the vehicle computer system is not ready to be tested and to come back in a couple of days after driving the car in the city. Maybe the battery was disconnected to do the work.
I will try again on the nine. I am sure it will be fine.
The AC is working great as well as the lights. Thank you so much to J. Johnson and everyone that deal with the car problem. Excellent PR.

Do not contact me. I was surprised by the shear volume of items that needed to be fixed. I came in for an oil change and asked him to look at roof separation. He comes back with thousands of dollars of (non-roof) fixes which weren’t a problem 2-4000 miles previous. I approved a $1,000 fix … who knows if I really needed it. But what infuriated me was the last minute 3% penalty for using a credit card. What BS. As a result I will NEVER use arrowhead Volvo again. I am a man of principle and trust me I will NEVER be back. 10 year relationship flushed down the drain because of your greed.

I asked Alli if I could pick my car up the following day since service was taking so long and I was told that would be no problem. The following day, my husband drove me 40 minutes to the dealership to pick up my car only to find out they were closed. I wish I was told that information when I had asked if I could pick up my vehicle the following day.
