The service took much longer than I expected. My appointment was 9:00 AM. I arrived about 8:45 AM. I was not greeted by service representative and stayed in the lobby for a few minutes until another service person (?manager?)noticed me unattended. He took my key and told me a service person will contact me. It didn’t happen. I told the ? Manager that I would like an expedited service if they can. However, I later saw my car remained where I left around 9:20 AM. I ended up getting my car back around 11:05. AM. I chosen not get car wash done due to lack of time. I have to say that everyone is polite but not efficient in term of getting work done. BTW, there is only another customer waiting in the lobby for car service. I don’t see why they can’t expedite my car service. I am assuming other customers choose to either have loaner car or are not really tight on time.

Service was very good, Jake is very good at keeping me updated on the maintenance/repairs required for my vehicle! It was a 5 hour wait for me today but I was offered a ride home after a few hours which I declined. Overall I was very satisfied with repairs and service.
