Jake is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the evaluation process and possible services if advisable as well as the cost so I had no surprises. I have been going to this dealership and service department since it opened and will continue to utilize them as I am impressed with their services.

Your AI system booked my service time, but didn't book my appointment with Jake Johnson who is my service rep.
So I was assigned someone who didn't know my repair history or overall needs. Very disappointing.
And he didn't keep me updated on the progress of my repairs.
I walked back to his desk to ask and he was scrolling on his cell phone.
I don't want to work with anyone else in the future other than Jake. Thank you!

I really wish the service guy would have taken a moment to call me like promised. I specifically called and asked for a service that did not get done. It was a mistake on trying to complete the automated service but since he never called to clarify it was not completed… I was irritated by the comment “oh I have to, put it back up on the rack” when I called to ask what happened…
I miss the young man who was so attentive to everything I asked about.
