My advisor did not check me in, nor come and discuss what I needed to have done. Her co-worker misconstrued my requests. Work quote and importance not discussed with me, refrigerator in break area empty, would only use one coupon, service manager apathetic when I said I had been waiting an hour to check out, horrible dance music played for 5 hours, hidden vending machines, the service has gone downhill. It’s not worth fighting traffic to Arrowhead area.

I am still waiting for a copy of my paperwork. Also on the order was a wash and vacuum and wipe of interior. None of those happened. I am still waiting for a call back on three warranty items and am concerned that the delay will cause a problem with the warranty work. One pointless dent removal, buff the wheels, and upholstery tears in the middle row of seats. I even phoned yesterday 4/12 and have not received a return call.
