Ali was great as she normally is. She takes good care of my car. But I do have a comment on Arrowhead’s payment policy of charging 3% fee on credit card transactions. That’s the first time I heard about any merchant I dealt with, let alone a luxury car dealership like Arrowhead, charging a fee on credit card payments. That’s unpleasantly surprising. Let me leave it there.
