You had my Volvo for two weeks and it was returned to me today with a huge crack in the windshield. No one said anything about a crack in two weeks it was there. Today I was told it may have happened when it was towed to the dealership two weeks ago. Tow was arranged by Volvo. I called and texted but no response today. I spent $2000+ on this service and this is a bunch of crap. I have a choice on where to service this vehicle. I won’t make this mistake again.
