No explanation how the diagnosis was completed. The cost of the diagnosis was exceedingly expensive. The estimate of repair was absolutely ridiculous ($760 plus). We have been long time Honda owners and users of your service department. We have lost trust in your business and will not return to SB Honda. Suffice to say, our recent service was incredibly poor. Contact me if improvement is of any interest.

The repairs took several days longer than expected. The inside of the windshield was covered in grease prints that were made during the repair. Also it sounds like something got stuck in the vents during the repair. When I turn up the fan now there is a rattling sound.
