When I first dropped my car off I got it back and it was not fixed. I was very upset because my car was at the service center for 4 days and I was going on a road trip that day. I talked to the manager (can’t remember his name, starts with a J) and he came and picked my car up from my work, fixed the problem and then dropped it back off to me. I am very thankful for him. He did an excellent job and I am very happy with the service in the end.
