The service was fine but I was charged for a “transmission update” on a transmission that was replaced by Honda a year ago. And this has been an ongoing issue that I have mentioned multiple times to Honda since. It’s an inconvenience to keep having to bring my car back and hear “bring it back if it happens again.” I’m hoping this has fixed the issue and Luis was very helpful but considering that Honda replaced my transmission, they should have included the update and I should absolutely not be having to pay for it. Replacing a transmission on a Honda with 80k miles is insane, in addition to multiple recalls and other issues. I was not expecting to have to pay anything, as it should be warranty on the transmission and I’m not happy about it.

The service writer told me that he spoke with my husband who authorized putting different tires on the car than the ones I had authorized. He did not speak to my husband. While trying to rectify the situation the service writer lied to me repeatedly.

Reyna and Adrienne they welcoming in a fantastic manner they know how to attend a customer. Hospitality is the key to get more customers and feel them welcoming as to be in home. Last time my experience with Luis was really bad. I spent 3 hours sitting in the lobby and he didn’t update me. He needs more training time on customer service.
