I am usually very satisfied with your service. This time I needed to replace 4 tires for my car. I talked to Carlos and we scheduled the time for it. Shortly after I checked in Carlos informed me that one tire is missing so I will need to come back on another time to finish replacing all the 4 tires. I don't have any complaint about Carlos, he was very nice and probably didn't know that one tire was missing although it was in the inventory. However, I do need to spend more time and come back to get the tires replaced and also the new orders for the tire didn't arrive yet

Bonnie was great and very helpful as always. One thing they mentioned though was that our battery terminal cable was so corroded that it would need to be replaced. Other than batteries and tires, we have our van maintained by your service department. Even though I've swapped the battery myself, I would have expected the regular maintenance checks to have noticed the corroded wire before it got as bad as it has. The van is still running fine and because of the replacement cost, at this point at least, I'm waiting for a failure to replace it. Your service guys noticed when the cable was beyond repair, why didn't they catch it sooner?
