I was very satisfied with the service department in general but frustrsted that my tire couldnt be repaired or replaced because even though I leased my car just in April this year, theres no warranty on tires. Im going to have it replaced and try to get reimbursed by the manufacturer, Continental. Ive had problems with 2 tires already, this has never happened before with all the Honda vehicles Ive owned in the past. Carlos was great!
