Bonnie was very attentive in walking me through the process and explaining what my car needed and why.
Also, there was a computer error which had my name mixed up with our daughter's names and Bonnie took the time to make sure that was corrected.
In addition, the shuttle driver was very pleasant and capable. Thank you, SB Honda!

My car was not finished in the time promised. I brought my CRV in for routine oil change, tire rotation, etc. EASY SERVICE! One hour tops as ALL my past experience with SB Honda had been. My car was promised in one hour. I waited in the service waiting room. Two hours later I went to my Service Advisor Abel Aguilera. I asked about my car which was parked in the back and visible to me. Abel knew nothing about its status and went to check with the technician. A supervisor had pulled him off of my car and put him on another job. NO COMMUNICATION to Abel. NO COMMUNICATION to me! Another 45 minutes of waiting for my car. Mr. Aguilera provided a 15 coupon to make up for the inconvenience. I think Honda regularly sends out 15 coupons for routine maintenance. As a 14 year customer of SB Honda in the service department and an owner of two 2013 Hondas purchased within about a month of each other, I have come to expect better. I was not pleased and less than impressed.
