I took our 2010 Honda Fit in for a basic oil change to include a tire rotation for the additional 15. When my vehicle was ready, before I drove off, I noticed the odometer was not reset to reflect 100% oil life. The kind manager took care of it for me on the spot. Upon getting home, my husband realized the washer fluid cap was completely popped off and the washer fluid was not filled and was empty like it was when I took it in for service. The tires do not feel like they were filled up and who knows at this point if they were even rotated with the sloppy job that was done on my car. Not pleased with the service whatsoever. Thank you.
