Bonnie is a wonderful, responsive, knowledgeable service representative. It appears, however, that the computer system is hopelessly slow ( I witnessed it loading pages, it’s ridiculous), there is not enough staff to handle the customers.

Made appointment for service and recall for checking at 9:45 so arrived at 9:30 and found line of cars which I got in thinking I was at fault for arriving too early. Waited in line till 10:15 when I was finally checked in only to find that my warranty part was not available. So got the 5000 mile checkup/oil change and a promised call when the part was in to come back down for the replacement. 45 minutes to wait in line is not good and invited in to get a recal repair when there were not parts for the repair was not good. Chai did a good job of handling the ussue but had limited means to fix the problem.

Bonnie is the best. She gets the credit because I know her name. I believe that the particular mechanic assigned to my car this time was very good. I believe he caught this things that the mechanics on recent visits should have caught and didn't. He deserves a lot credit. And also that maybe the routine checkups need a bit more regulation over those mechanics.
