Absolutely outstanding work and communication from Bruce! I wouldn’t have had any other worker! I was very anxious about the car’s repairs but Bruce would break it down in an away I would understand and he provided a ride to our AirBnb during the repair time. Bonnie gave me an estimate for a diagnosis of a rattle in my car. The mechanic determined the problem within the time frame. A replacement part had to be ordered with a 2 day delivery time frame which meant leaving my car overnight at the dealership was unnecessary. Despite a total of 4 round trips by me to the dealer over 3 days, the vehicle was repaired successfully, the rattle was resolved, and the price was what was expected thanks to Bonnie. Everything considered, job well done. Thank you.
