Andrea was an absolute angel. I was initially assigned to someone else and that advisor skipped right over me and assisted another client. I was a little annoyed about this, but Andrea noticed and she waved over at me to assist me. I was in a hurry to get in and out as I needed to head out of town. Andrea understood the assignment and got me set up with everything I needed and got me out of the dealership in less than the estimated time promised. Last time I came for a basic oil change service and I had someone else as my service advisor, and I was at Honda for THREE hours for that basic oil change. At the time I decided I was never going to come back here for service, however I desperately needed an oil change and was unable to make it to my preferred Honda in Alhambra. I’m so glad I gave SB Honda another chance, I will definitely be returning for service so long as Andrea can continue to be my service advisor. Thanks Andrea!!
