I was completely satisfied with Efren!!!! Everything before he came into the picture was very frustrating. My car "engine alert message" occurred last Thursday morning (April 25) and I could not reach anybody by phone on Thursday or Friday that was able to answer my questions or discuss your desired procedure for getting my car towed to you. On Saturday, Wendy answered the phone and I then got immediate help and was able to arrange for my vehicle to be towed up to you that afternoon. Unfortunately, I had to wait until Monday for a diagnosis of the problem and then the repairs. I was then able to pick up my car Tuesday (April 30). I ended up being without the use of my car for six days and truly feel I would have probably had my car back by Saturday if I could have gotten through to somebody on Thursday (when the problem occurred) or Friday. The only reason I am reporting all of this is to hopefully spare someone else from having to experience an inconvenience of this type. I'm 80 years old. I can hardly imagine what this would have been like for a single mom with young children!

Robert was excellent, thanks Robert. I was a little disappointed with the info provided when I called to make the appointment though. I was told it would be $45 on the phone on Sunday but the price went up substantially when I got there, almost double. Maybe some training for the person giving out info on the weekend?

I came in to have a noise diagnosed and what he told me was clearly not what I asked for. He said that I had a dirty oil filter and that my fluids were really dirty. The car has 80% oil life full synthetic, it has new transmission oil, it has new coolant, and I already knew that the power steering was old but that's not what I came in for

My service person was just fine. Very nice and kind I am upset about the 967.00 service bill for what was done to my vehicle and in addition they kept saying I have other things wrong with it like valve gasket leaks bald tires and it would cost over 100.00 to replace the windshield wipers. So all that said those are the reasons I am not pleased. The service assistant was fine. That Honda had to have a brand new transmission put in at 29k miles! It has 46k miles on it now. How can all this stuff be wrong with it. I hardly drive it out of Goleta.
