I was completely satisfied by Jason’s work, and with his communication about the job in hand.
I am disappointed with SB Honda’s ecalating pricing for service, with the 3% charge for payment with a credit card— that is simply a surcharge with a misleading representation.
And last, I have to wait for a back-ordered part. Santa Barbara Honda has changed— and not for the better.

Great caring service like it used to be. I feel like there was a gap where I wondered if I wanted to buy Honda anymore because the service department was falling apart but now it’s back to its respectful caring self. I feel like Dre really took care of me, she arranged for my ride back. She did everything to make sure that my car was taken care of. I just like the overall respect.

Andrea was really great. She took care of everything by getting us an Uber to and from work, as well as clearly communicating everything about the service. Furthermore, when I made a mistake by leaving my phone in the uber, she took the time to contact the driver and coordinate its return. I couldn’t have done it without her.
