Awesome customer service

The service was fine overall, but there were some key details and promises that were not fulfilled. Promised Car Washes: One of the benefits I was told about when choosing your service center was complimentary car washes. To my surprise, there were signs posted throughout the drop-off area reading, “WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED BY NOT WASHING YOUR VEHICLE. WE ARE DOING OUR PART,” which essentially communicated not to expect a car wash despite it being promised. What made this even more confusing was seeing other vehicles being washed around the side of the building. It was unclear why my car was not included. Resetting Oil Life: This was the most disappointing part of my visit, especially given that this is a Honda dealership service center. When I returned to my car, I noticed that my maintenance minders had not been reset, which felt like a basic courtesy that should always follow an oil change. While I expected my seat position to be adjusted, not having the maintenance reminders reset does not inspire confidence in the team’s attention to detail. Maybe this is just something you all don’t do but that would be odd. The service staff who assisted me were kind and personable, but for my first visit, it was disappointing that promises were not met and key details were overlooked. Maybe this can be better communicated by staff.

Andrea was so pleasant and helpful. She answered all my questions and reassured me that my vehicle would be well taken care of.

Tyler was very professional, thorough, and proactive. Besides my regular service he found 2 other problems besides my regular service & got them fixed while I waited. He kept me informed about the progress of the work while I waited . He explained what was done and if there were any major items to be done on the next service.

Great service as always

The place was working like clockwork when I got there and when I left. I didn't have to wait at all and my car was done 20 minutes earlier than anticipated. Jason was friendly and open and communicated with me with ease. It seems like the employees like being there. The young woman who checked me in too was fast and professional as well.

I would also like to say that Bonnie was so kind and warm every time we spoke.
