I really liked the level of service and professionalism of Ms. Jimenez. Unfortunately, the service technician failed the find the problem causing noise at 20 mph. He lubed the top bushings of the rear shocks. But the sounds coming from the axle or wheel bearings or ____ is still the same. I’ll have to come back.
