I am completely satisfied with the superb service I received from Abel Aguilera. He is efficient and courteous and very knowledgeable. He explains things to me and helps me understand more about how to take good care of my car in between service visits. I want him to be in charge of the service on my car whenever I bring it to Santa Barbara Honda for service!!

Informed me car was ready to go inside and he would ring in the paper work! 45 minute later I was finally given paper work inside and only because I waited outside for 15 minutes. He did have time to smoke a cigarette! I know everyone needs a break yet be up front with the customer if the car isn't ready!I gave the service dept. an extra 15 minutes after the promised time. Hate to have to write up a bad review yet it was painful to wait around when you expect to be able to get to your errands on your day off!

Great customer service was great as always. The shuttle service was prompt and appreciated. The service itself was incomplete. I went in with no windshield wiper fluid and left with no windshield wiper fluid. The tech marked the fluid section has checked and complete, but this was not the case.

pls go electronic, and email service receipts/record. I don't want to have file each one somewhere and try to keep track of what my car needs. And I think all your repeat customers would appreciate the long term view of their car's maintenance and are more likely to accept push notifications at the need date for service.
