When you drive up to drop off your car it’s very helpful that there is a drive up service. But when you’re picking up your vehicle it’s not quite so obvious where you’re supposed to go. I ended up at the parts counter (which seemed like the most logical place to go based on location) and they helped me but also informed me I was in the wrong place. Very confusing.
