Jim has always been great. He takes time to explain what’s wrong plus he makes me feel like I’m the most important customer he has. Always positive, always personal. And he delivers my car on time and I can trust that things are good. One other time I had my car serviced, when I left the check engine light came on, I called the shop and he met me in town and fixed the problem on his own time in the middle of a parking lot. That I will never forget and will be a loyal SBH customer as long as I’m still driving a car! Thanks to Jim and thanks to SB Honda for employing such wonderful people.
I cobtinue to come back to Honda because the service has been and continues to be excellent!

When I dropped my car off today I was greeted by a man who was happy to tell me I looked like I worked out. Abel was less than enthused to see me not was he pleased to correct me when I told him I had a free coupon for my first maintenance (new car). He corrected me, it was just an oil change. He called to let me know my car was ready. I arrived an hr and half later to pick it up. I waited at Abel’s station for 5-10 minutes while he was paged twice. Eventually someone else came to help me! My car pulled up dirty.. I thought my first maintenance came with a car wash. I returned to speak with someone about it. My paper work said “give us a chance to fix it”. James was happy to help me since Abel was still gone. When I asked about a car wash he said it’s upon request only(?) Not what the flyer said That I got in the mail.. or what happened the last time I bought a car at Honda... so he was happy to apologize and give me a free oil change next time.. I sure would have liked to been asked maybe in the beginning if I wanted a car wash. I’m disappointed and distrusting.
