Jim is the complete Honda service manager. He is polite, thorough, competent, efficient, concerned that the car is serviced tip top so I have no problem with my 17 year old Civic ever AND he makes sure the shuttle gets us around with no delay! My neighbor also has a Honda and she’s as pleased with his service as I am. I’d buy a new Honda when i’d need a new car because Jim’s service is the best in town. My husband has a Ford so I know the difference!
