Bionic provided exceptional service. My son was very friendly with Bonnie and she was so sweet to him and even offered him a treat. That made my sons day which made my day!
I also appreciated the text messages and personal phone calls keeping me in the loop. I’m sure this is time consuming for Bonnie but such a nice touch for me.

Car smelled awful (like a stinky mechanic)! With the amount of money I spent I would have thought it would have been washed. Or at least not smelling worse than when I left it.
I also had questions about the fact that there was an after market starter in a car we. Ought from a Hi da dealer when it was one year old. The answers I was given felt like one dealer covering up for another dealer.
I texted before I picked it up that I wanted the old part. This request was ignored. When I followed up in person, I was told that he could go in back and dig atriums to find it, but that it would cost me an extra $50. This just lends to my overall suspicion.
Also, the clock time was totally off when I picked it up.
Also, the problem isn’t fixed. The back hatch auto close button is now not working.
I’m frustrated!

Carlos always goes above and beyond. He explains everything with great detail and patience. I always ask for him. Honda is very fortunate to have him as an employee. He takes good care of me and my very elderly Honda Odyssey. He has even stopped by my house in his way home to fix a sensor that was not reconnected properly after a service visit. An amazing gentleman in this day and age.
