Love love love JIM! He is the absolute best! I refuse to have anyone else take care of me. In the past I've had Honda people not respect requests of mine, or just tried to keep selling me things that I really didn't need, and were rude to me when I got upset. I stopped coming back to Honda for a while because I wanted to take my business else where- however jim???? He will work with my schedule, he listens to all of my needs and requests and he makes things happen. He has made me a faithful Honda supporter. Definitely in line for a promotion or raise!

Iwe went out of our way to save Santa Barbara Honda two days car rental expense because we'd get a credit for that amount against our bill. This amount to 25.00. it was definitely not worth it for the amount of time and my lost work to do that. I guess l expected something more than that. If it would have been communicated to me that it would have been just 25.00 l DEFINITELY wouldn't have done it. I've rented cars, literally, over a hundred times in my career and l've NEVER gotten a rate of 12.50 per day. My service rep pointed out that the total that I paid was 30.00 less than the original estimate, but honestly, l expected considerably more than that. The usual car wash wasn't done either because "the system was clogged uo" and the car was actually quite a bit cleaner when we took it in. I guess in the two days it was in it was stored outside. Even though our service rep was very kind and friendly, l was very disappointed with the bill and the filth of the car when l picked it up. Sincerely, Kennth Macaulay.
