Bonnie was great and very helpful as always. One thing they mentioned though was that our battery terminal cable was so corroded that it would need to be replaced. Other than batteries and tires, we have our van maintained by your service department. Even though I've swapped the battery myself, I would have expected the regular maintenance checks to have noticed the corroded wire before it got as bad as it has. The van is still running fine and because of the replacement cost, at this point at least, I'm waiting for a failure to replace it. Your service guys noticed when the cable was beyond repair, why didn't they catch it sooner?
