I got told to pick up my car 1 hour and a half later, I had the appt at 3:15 and still didn’t leave until 5:30 when I was told it was only going to be 5 minutes they were on the phone, I got in the car and one of the service guys in Spanish said she got in her car of course I did it was cold.
Do better.
