We made an appointment for a software update. When we arrived they were insistent that we leave the car. My wife stayed and an hour and a half later walked out and seen our car in the ready to go spot. No one informed her that it was done. Not impressed.

Bad experience. When I booked our service for oil change & transmission fluid check, I told the person I spoke to on the phone& Luis that we had to have the car back by noon. “ no problem, we will call you when car is ready. Noon goes by. No call. We tried calling several times & couldn’t get through. Then we got a long list of recommendations for service. We responded. Finally got through on the phone . Confirmed that we just wanted the items done that day that we requested. At 3:45 finally spoke with Luis. Is car ready? I’m doing the paperwork. Don’t you close at 4? Yes but I’ll be here late until 5. I waited 15 minutes, two people before me & Luis said again. I’m working on the paperwork, I’ll be with you in a minute. I watched 3 people walk up and talk with him and after 40 minutes of waiting, I told Luis, listen I need to go, I have been waiting almost an hour for my car. I’m sorry you’re busy but I need to get going. I appreciate Luis but I felt disregarded multiple times. I was there at 8 am for our car appointment and left just before 5 pm. Disappointed.

I appreciate that I was not charged and that your service department has made multiple attempts to resolve this issue. I firmly believe Honda corporate needs to expand the extended warranty to the entire AC system. I believe there are design or manufacturing issues beyond the condenser that Honda corporate should take full responsibility for. I need a working AC and I need to know what needs to be done to fix it and I need assurance that it will not fail every six months. These types of major AC system failures should not happen on a 2019 Honda.

I have been a loyal customer for almost 3 years and I wanted to share my experience during my recent visit. I felt that the service advisor was overly persistent in recommending additional services that I was not due for yet. Despite politely declining multiple times, the advisor continued to push those services. I understand the importance of maintaining my vehicle, but I felt uncomfortable with the repeated pressure to accept services that weren’t necessary at this time. I appreciate good customer service, and in this instance, I felt that my wishes were not being respected.
