I started my day thinking that I had the entire morning to allow your service department to check my car, do an oil change and change out my windshield wipers. Then my timeframe changed and I had to leave Honda by 10 AM.Tyler delivered my car to me before 10 AM. it was a busy morning and Tyler had back to back customers. We have in the past had excellent experiences at Honda but this time found the process a bit frustrating, as it seems that the shop was so busy that communication, diagnostics, and the mechanic work all took quite a bit of time, including an initial appointment when we were not able to have any work done to our car due to the shop being too busy. The communication relating to what was being diagnosed and fixed was also neither smooth nor ideal, including confusion about whether or not the work performed would even actually fix the issue with the car that we had been having. Because of this we may honestly hesitate to have future work done here, unfortunately.
