Bonnie always does a superb capable job.
The agency policy though of charging a diagnostic fee for every service query for potential repair work, which doesn't apply to if the work is done, is a barrier to choosing to repair. This is very frustrating and does not happen at other dealers that work on our cars.

The customer service is always great but I had mentioned that my coolant light was on and not turning off. When I picked up my car there was a mechanic still looking at my car with the hood open and putting more water in my windshield wiper fluid and then he proceeds to put that same liquid in my coolant reservoir. I’m not sure what that liquid was but it defiantly wasn’t coolant and my coolant light is still on. When I dropped my car off the coolant light was blue and now it’s red.

I made an appointment at 1:15pm for an oil change on our new HR-V Sport car. My wife who took the car for the service was told that it would be completed by 3pm. Well the service was completed at 4:35pm, don’t understand why it took so long. We had a family event that evening and ended up arriving late due to receiving our vehicle so late. Also something was installed in our vehicle that has a flashing blue light underneath the dash board. She was not informed of this installation and don’t know what it is.

I was told I was going to get an inspection result before proceeding but I didn’t receive that. It’s probably because it was a recall matter, but it shouldn’t have been set up as an expectation. It also said I owed money online but was given the correct $0 invoice in person.
