I had a 10:30 appointment to service my car. When I got to my appointment there were 4 or 5 cars backed up to be checked in. There were employees wondering around taking on their phones. It was not a good impression. The wait to get checked in was too long. The attendant who finally checked me in was helpful and explained how the process was going to work. She did follow up on everything she said. Her customer service was good but the wait time was unacceptable.

The only concern I have relates to some communication - there was some confusion over the amount- I received an estimate of approx ….$1,453 but that did not include the diagnostic. My husband was told the diagnostic was $225 and an additional amount for an extra hour to perform the diagnostic because the car wouldn’t start- I was shocked to hear that with a reduction in time spent I still owed approximately $1,700. May I suggest provide estimates in writing? Or at least ensure everyone is on the same page?

Good morning. Reyna was wonderful and kind. I’m always nervous when I come in for another repair of my AC for fear that I’ll be charged. This is the fourth time I’ve had my AC leak repaired Which finally was the subject of a formal recall. However, no one could tell me if the parts have now been fixed and my AC will now work without another failure within the year. I only have until 2026 and then my extended warranty expires on my AC. I’m disappointed that no one could answer that question for me which means I’m likely going to be stuck with absorbing the cost of the next AC failure. I’m just disappointed in Honda in general as far as this car issue goes. If a mechanic could answer that question for me, I’d be incredibly grateful. Thank you. Holly

Apparently my daughter came in for an appointment, and asked Honda Service Dept to check the alignment and see if it was off. Then after she was waiting for awhile they pulled the car up and said it was done. $140 charged to my card. One of the wheels was off by 0.15” Disappointed.
