she’s was really great—she kept us informed and took care of us.
We’re older , so she explained all to our adult daughter, as well as to. me.
The car just stopped in middle of downtown Santa Barbara. 2 days later Bonnie called and told us that the technician found that our problem was the electric service of our rear view mirror having the Handicapped sign hung there. Apparently that effected the electrical function of our entire auto.
Still don’t understand it, but Bonnie helped us and we’re very grateful ????

I made an appt days in advance for a handbrake issue. At the appt time I told the rep that I would wait nearby for the work to be completed. 4 hours later (the time listed on my paperwork) I returned and saw that the car had not been touched. Evidently problem diagnosis is often backed up. He should’ve communicated this when I told him I was waiting. He then told me that he couldn’t commit to any time until closing the next day. I was not happy and communicated this. Eventually I was given a loaner until the next day when work was completed to my satisfaction. Straightforward communication at the time I dropped off the car would’ve eliminated any tension. I would like to continue bringing my car to this service center, but I do not want to work with this service rep again. He does not seem to understand that customer service begins with communication. I am very happy that you have other reps with whom I have enjoyed very positive experiences.

I had spoken to the service line to schedule my appointment and asked if I would be able to get a shuttle to work and then be picked up again. I was told the shuttle could pick me up or I would be allowed an Uber to pick me up if it wasn’t available. I ended up scheduling for Saturday and received an Uber home. I got a text at 3:37pm that my vehicle was ready and had to be picked up before they closed at 4pm. I called to have the Uber to pick me up and take me back and was told that the Uber is only one way. Thankfully, I was able to get a ride and make it to the dealer on such short notice. My car and the paperwork was still not ready until 15 minutes after closing. When I did get my car, the tech told Tyler that there was some additional issue and that for some reason the AC was still not kicking on and that Tyler would call me on Monday for pricing because the parts department was closed already. I never received a call and wasn’t able to follow up until the following weekend. I was told Tyler wouldn’t be back until Tuesday and there was no note of anything being wrong with the vehicle. I’m a bit concerned by the lack of communication and the seeming last minute discovery that my vehicle was indeed not fixed despite it being serviced all day long and being “ready” to be returned to me. I just want to get it all sorted out.
