My vehicle was returned in a dangerous condition. The fuel pump was not installed correctly and my vehicle had a “critical safety error” on the freeway within 5 minutes of leaving the shop. I had to pull over and the vehicle was completely unable to run. Had it stopped a few seconds later I would have been stuck in a section of the freeway with nowhere to pull off, blocking traffic on a single lane section of the freeway.

The root cause of my non functioning trunk latch mechanism was not identified until the Field Technical Specialist identified the problem. This was the third time I’ve brought in my car which I bought from Santa Barbara Honda, with the problem not identified. If not for the field technical specialist, the problem would have been missed again. Not great.
