Customer service (Bonnie Jimenez) was amazing, professional, and extremely responsive. The shuttle driver and service of the vehicle were also great - absolutely no complaints in these areas.
Improvement could be with washing cars that get serviced and providing a loaner vehicle - I have an Acura and used to go to the dealership, which I understand is in-process of being decommissioned. A car wash and loaner vehicle came standard, although now that appears to not be the case. I hope they are in the future or it will be disappointing every time.

The words “will be” made me stop reading that text today and yesterday. I then waited for the survey to come later in another text. Today I got the same text and I figured out you meant to say “attached to this text is the survey” . Hope this makes sense ? Thanks again !
