My service experience with Luis was fine in all respects.
However, every time I am asked to complete customer satisfaction survey, it makes me think less of the management. Makes me think of you as sneaky and slimy. I resent being asked to do your job. And I object to spying on your employees for you. That is a bad management practice and disrespectful of your employees. If you want to find out how your employees are performing, get in there hands-on and close to them and observe. Please do not ask me to fill out any more surveys. You can bet that I will tell you if I am unhappy with the service.
