no need to contact us. the service was fine, what we would have liked was for us to have been told the additional recommendations that came up during the appointment instead of after the fact. we would have approved the work and gotten it done on the same day. One of the reasons we have always taken our 15 year old car that we purchased there was because the service dept always let us know if something needed to be done while you were working on the car. the car was there for 4 hours just for an oil change and tire rotation. the battery failing it’s testing should have been communicated with us so that we could have had it replaced on the spot.
