When I first dropped my car off I got it back and it was not fixed. I was very upset because my car was at the service center for 4 days and I was going on a road trip that day. I talked to the manager (can’t remember his name, starts with a J) and he came and picked my car up from my work, fixed the problem and then dropped it back off to me. I am very thankful for him. He did an excellent job and I am very happy with the service in the end.

I was recommended engine oil additive, but then read in the owners manual that, "Your vehicle does not require oil additives. In fact, they may adversely affect the engine performance and durability."
I was also told I needed new tires because they were 7 years old, but the manual says, "All tires... should be removed from service after 10 years from the date of manufacture."
