We always make our appointments with Bonnie. She is probably one of your most efficient employees from start to finish. No time is wasted when we check in and I can say the same thing in checking out. I always wait at the dealership and Bonnie will notify me of other suggested needed repairs noticed during routine maintenance and this notification is always done in a kind and non aggressive way. Honestly, I have never seen Bonnie rest - she is always moving. She is our go to person.
