Hey was thoughtful and was really caring to help me out and I really appreciated him. I was nervous about my situation and he explained everything thoroughly and was honest and real with me and that’s what I loved about him, great guy who cares about making customers feel like they are in good hands !

Lack of communication. It was already past 4:00 and I was not notified about anything that is going on with my vehicle whether it needed to stay or not. Therefore, I had to reach out and it took me 20 minutes of being on hold and talking to multiple people to finally reach my advisor so I can receive information from my vehicle since I was never notified. Second day my advisor left early for the day and didn’t bother to reach out before he left to let me know whats going on with my vehicle or if it needed to stay again over night. I was not satisfied with the service.
