I am satisfied with a service and the waiting room was fantastic but the only thing that we need are the Honda needs is a have two stalls men’s restroom Everything was fine and plenty of good water and I’m satisfied with the service of giving you a 1010 being excellence.

Got a text that my car was ready for pick up. 20 minutes later, by the time I got to the car, I was told there were some issues including a nail in my back tire that could be fixed but would require more time, min a hour. Apparently this info was sent in a text 20 min after the first text saying the car was ready. I wish I would have known this before getting the car. Now I have to schedule another visit. Seems like a systems issue. Reyna my coordinator was great however!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my vehicle following its purchase.
Throughout the process, communication regarding my vehicle’s progress was late and extremely limited. It took approximately two weeks to complete the tasks we discussed at the time of purchase. I consistently had to initiate contact to receive updates, and responses were often delayed by up to 24 hours. It was not until we called and firmly requested information that any noticeable progress was made on the repairs.
One of the agreed-upon items—the rattling in the passenger door—was never addressed. Additionally, I received a text message stating that my vehicle was ready for pickup after I had already taken possession of it, which added to the overall confusion and frustration.
I was also surprised to receive a bill, as all repairs were to be fully covered by Honda.
Finally, I am very concerned about the lack of attention to detail during the used vehicle inspection. The left rear door actuator was not operable, which is not only a safety issue but also raises serious concerns about how thoroughly the vehicle was inspected and whether other issues may have been overlooked.
Overall, this experience fell well below expectations in terms of communication, service follow-through, and quality control. I hope these concerns will be taken seriously and addressed accordingly.
