I don’t appreciate being upsold on windshield wipers. I recall purchasing new set from Parts Department and these were installed comp (no labor) during a recent service appointment.

Tyler originally dealt with my wife, we live 80 miles away,have only one car all explained to Tyler. First deadline we got missed I had to call to find out, second deadline missed I had to call Tobin out, then technician brakes trans cooling line had to order parts another deadline missed.when car was finally ready had been parked outside had animal paw prints all over, greasy hand prints on the doors,and my settings for the settings for the seats, mirrors and radio had all been wiped out
