The only flaw in this job was that I had to phone to know that the car would not ready to go until next morning. A late afternoon chime call would have let me plan my evening a bit more easily. Otherwise the servilce was fine.

I was dissatisfied with having to replace the same lock cylinder twice in a span of 2-3 years (the first time was weird enough), which makes me wonder if the last replacement was subpar parts and if I'll be doing this again in a few more years.

Got a text that my car was ready for pick up. 20 minutes later, by the time I got to the car, I was told there were some issues including a nail in my back tire that could be fixed but would require more time, min a hour. Apparently this info was sent in a text 20 min after the first text saying the car was ready. I wish I would have known this before getting the car. Now I have to schedule another visit. Seems like a systems issue. Reyna my coordinator was great however!
