Everyone was "nice" but the inaccurate time estimates were extremely inconvenient for my husband. This recall thing has been a big time consuming long ordeal.

As a woman I felt he thought I didn’t know anything about cars. He tried to add services I didn’t need. When I returned because a light was on that had not been on before. His expression seemed to be making fun of me, since I thought it signaled something wrong with the brakes rather than the tires.
