The text messages were confusing. I left messages to call which were not returned. I had to call to get the status of my car only to find out it was done but no one let me know. Then when I got there it took more than 20 minutes for someone to ask if they could help me. First time I have had any issues at Honda and I am a long standing customer.

Went in for a tire patch for a screw and had an appointment at 10:30 and they took forever. I finally got my car back at 1:30 if I would have known I would have went to a local tire shop.

I had a scheduled appt. After going over expected service, was told car would be ready in a little over 2 hrs. When I arrived back on the agreed upon time, it took almost 30 minutes to determine no work had been done.Fortunately, I had nothing scheduled for the afternoon and was given a ride home and picked up later in the afternoon when the car was finally ready.

No need to call. I was just disappointed that I was told that I would be contacted when my part arrived to finish my service. I called after the anticipated deliver only to find out it was there. I wouldn’t have minded if I had been told I had to call myself.
