It took 8 days and 4 phone calls to make this simple appointment. No service rep ever returned my 1st 3 calls. When I brought my van in, I had to wait 10min while Tyler was doing something on his computer. Finally I said "Excuse me, I am just dropping the van off and my ride is waiting. With no apology, he finally set up my paperwork. The actual work and final pickup went smoothly, but I will be reluctant to ever have service there again.

Like I’ve said in my past comments the only reason I come to Santa Barbara Honda is because of Bonnie!
