Really appreciated the Uber ride- always appreciated the shuttle service but this was super efficient. Staff were all courteous & car was done hours before expected. Thank you!

I had asked to have brakes checked and fixed if necessary. No one called me all day - and when I called to ask how car was late in afternoon Thler told me brakes were at 2 mm and he recommended bringing car back in in 2 weeks. I left car at dealership all day and it is difficult for our family to be down a car and we don’t live close by.
I brought car in for recall and they didn’t tell me what happened with that work - I had to ask.
I won’t be bringing back my car for brakes or for any other work except for recalls.

The tires were rotated. I drove all the way to Carpinteria with the lug nuts VERY LOOSE! Two of the tires could have fallen off the car during the drive. When I returned after having the lug nuts tightened they said they were sorry and they would talk to the supervisor. I have not heard anything since then. Very disappointed and honestly thankful I wasn’t killed.
