There was a recall on my 2019 CRV. Several times with months in between I had been promised call-backs within a day to update on issue and never had any calls. When I finally took my car in, they said it would be done between 2 and 3 p.m., but it was not done until 5 p.m., which meant I had to change my plans. I expressed my disappointment to the service advisors, who seemed unconcerned. Car was unwashed. Communication was poor. I expected more.
