Drop off took longer than expected EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NO ONE AHEAD OF ME. I could not get the attention of the attendant. Pick up took WAY LONGER than expected (at least 35 minutes). I was told there were two people ahead of me, but I didn't see anyone and the attendant was not helping anyone. After waiting and I was finally checked out I had to wait AGAIN for 10 minutes for no discernible reason. Very dissatisfied.

Mechanic obviously didnt actually check the filters as they were marked as needing replacement as both were new within a week.
Seems a bit lazy especially as i told the intake person they were new
What else was jjust shined?
